Exercise to Look Younger
In any normal situation, people tend to exercise those tired muscles and lose weight as well as to feel energized. Since our body is composed of several bones and muscles, chances are some parts are neglected during exercise. Today, there are already exercises developed for each and every part of the body. One is about the neck and throat which will help in eliminating the unwanted folds of tired looking skin and assist in the toning of the muscles involved.
Here are some exercises specifically designed for the neck and throat area. These procedures involve sitting and lying positions often done when one wants to take a break from work or just simply relax.
1. While sitting upright, tilt the head back looking at the ceiling. Keep the lips closed and relaxed. Start puckering the lips together in a kiss and stretch the kiss as if it were to kiss the ceiling. Keep the lips puckered for 10 counts, relax, then bring the head back to its normal position and repeat procedure 5 times.
2.Sit upright and tilt head back looking at the ceiling. Keep lips closed and relaxed. Start puckering the lips together in a kiss and stretch the kiss as if one is trying to kiss the ceiling. Keep the lips puckered for 10 counts. Bring the head back to its normal position and make 5 sets of the procedure.
3. While sitting upright with the head looking at the ceiling, keep the lips closed and relaxed. Then move the lower lip over the top lip as far as possible keeping it there until the count of 5. Relax and repeat the procedure 5 times.
4.Lie on the bed with the head hanging down over the edge. Slowly bring the head up towards the torso and keep it there for 10 counts. Relax and lower the head towards the floor again. Make 5 sets for this procedure.
5. Sit upright and move face forward. Keep the lips together. Separate the teeth by dropping the jaw and pushing the jaw forward until the count of 10. Bring back to the starting position and repeat the procedure 5 times.
Who says aging cannot be delayed? These simple steps will surely guide one on how to reverse the signs of aging.
