You should only start running after you have been walking on daily basis for at least a week. While increasing the running speed, also increase the time you spend running. Exercising is not the only thing you will have to do, but it's a good start. You must also make an effort to eat healthy and learn how to lose belly fat the right way. Plan a couple of meals and make a sincere effort to reduce or eliminate the amount of junk and fast food you eat. This, along with exercise, will help you experience the greatest amount of fat loss.
